Terms and Conditions

  1. By entering the event you agree to abide by the Conditions of Entry and any instructions given to you by the organisers.
  2. Entry: Each runner must complete a separate form. Applications will be accepted up to the entry limit in the order of date received. Closing date for entries is Friday 23rd May 2008 or earlier should the entry limit be reached before this date. We will email you to confirm your place. Your running number, information pack and fundraising information will be sent out approximately four weeks prior to the event.
  3. Age: Participants must be over 16 yrs on the day of the event. 14-16 yr olds may participate but MUST be accompanied by a parent-guardian who is also participating in the event.
  4. Entry Fee: This secures your participation in the event. It covers the cost of putting on the event, and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  5. Sponsorship: I understand that the charity has set a target sponsorship of £100.00 per runner which I will endeavour to reach.
  6. Use of image: By entering the event you give permission for the free use of your name, voice or picture in any broadcast, telecast, advertising promotion or other account of this event.
  7. Event Cancellation: Everyman reserves the right to cancel the event at any time before Sunday 1st June 2008.
