We advise that you arrive at least 45 minutes before the start of your run to ensure you have enough time to drop off your bag and make a toilet stop. 

London runners - if you are running in the 10K race then remember that the bag drop off facility will close 30 minutes before the start.

Most importantly is a good pair of trainers. We will provide you with a t-shirt so there’s no need to worry about that and the rest is whatever you feel comfortable running in.

Fancy dress is optional!

Remember that the British weather is unpredictable so we advise that you bring a waterproof jacket – especially for your supporters!

Yes. A secure area will be allocated for runner's bags. Space is limited, so please only bring one bag.

There are limited changing facilities so we recommend you arrive ready to run

Yes, we update the list every two days so it may be they will appear soon. Alternatively, you may be the first runner so sign up and encourage your fellow fans to do the same. To qualify for the fastest club competition, each football club needs to have a minimum of five runners. However, you can still run for your club and not be in the competition.

Unfortunately no, a football club needs to have a minimum of three runners to qualify for the fastest club competition. You can still fly the flag for your team without being in the competition though.

Race packs will be sent out approx two weeks before the run. The pack will include your running number, bag tag, directions and other useful information.

London runners - we will still need you to register on the day to collect your timing chip so please arrive in plenty of time.
