Focus Fortnight 30 March – 12 April
Every year KYEOTB sets aside two weeks to focus its attention on raising awareness of testicular cancer among the nation’s football fraternity. Over the years, Focus Fortnight has seen world class players like Steven Gerrard, David James, Rio Ferdinand and Peter Crouch lend their support, and this year’s ambassador, Teddy Sheringham, will inevitably get people talking too.
Teddy is the face of our 2009 campaign. His first call-up was to star in a cheeky commercial to kick-off our Focus Fortnight on Monday 30th March! Teddy also launched our 1st ever SMS competition, find out more below...
Win one of five Signed England Shirts!
The Advert
England legend Teddy Sheringham will star in a ballsy advert calling for men to keep an eye on their balls while he shows how he keeps an eye on his own!

Teddy was a real sport filming the ad and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do...

2009 sees the launch of Everyman patron Jason Cundy’s Charity All-Stars 5-a-side match. The talkSPORT presenter and ex-Premiership star has assembled a selection of celebrities to battle it out in a 5-a-side match, also featuring Everyman supporters, to raise awareness of testicular cancer. The game kicks off at 1pm on April 9 at Wimbledon Goals and will be refereed by the Premier League’s busiest man in black, Peter Walton.
Also on the day, celebrities will take part in testicular cancer survivor Darren Couchman’s own unique take on the penalty shoot out competition. The spot kick contest will see entrants trying to beat the keeper by kicking giant, pink fluffy balls rather than a normal football. Darren’s balls have already travelled the length and breadth of the country to raise money for Everyman, but this will be the first time they have been kicked around a football pitch!
